Use HubSpot Sync to connect your HubSpot account to getuserfeedback.com. Create the connection from Integrations and complete the HubSpot authorization flow.

HubSpot Sync is the supported path for CRM workflows. Its connection page shows the capabilities currently available for your account.

Legacy response activity integration

The older HubSpot custom-event integration is no longer configurable or available for test events. Existing legacy records remain visible during the retirement process, but they do not grant authority to activate or change that integration's configuration or send test events. Legacy delivery is retired: new work is denied, remaining queued work settles without another provider call, and the provider sender has been removed. Existing records remain available for safe deactivation, rename, or deletion.

Create a HubSpot Sync connection instead of adding credentials or custom-event settings to a legacy record.
